We stand up for our beliefs.....
.....through our events and publications
The CCF events programme and our publications have the following three key aims:
(1) To help members develop a comprehensive Christian worldview so that their political engagement might be more biblical and strategic;
(2) To increase understanding of the existing Christian dimension to Conservative politics and the potential for its further development;
(3) To provide members with access to political thinkers, journalists, Conservative politicians and Christian leaders.
EVENTS
The CCF holds one of the most exciting events programmes in the Conservative Party. Speakers for our 2002 programme include William Hague, Steve Chalke, Caroline Spelman, Jonathan Aitken and Iain Duncan Smith.
Most events take place in London but members all over the country can visit the 'news and talk' section of ccfwebsite.com for reviews of events.
There are special events for younger members through our 'CCF under 30s' group. Last year CCF Scotland was established and later this year CCF Wales will kick off. (See 'related links' below).
Monthly prayer meetings take place in Parliament and the City of London.
For each of its ten years the Fellowship has held a prayer breakfast at the annual Conservative Party Conference.
PUBLICATIONS
Every CCF member receives the Fellowship's regularly quarterly magazine - Conservatism. You can read selected features from recent editions by clicking on the 'magazine' link below.
Other publications include our occasional Wilberforce Papers. Written by Paul Woolley these papers examine key political issues from a biblical perspective.
