What is CChange?

Conservatives for Change (CChange) believes that the ability to adapt to an evolving society has been the key to Tory success for more than two hundred years.

We work to modernise the Conservative Party and to ensure that it reflects the realities and complexities of contemporary Britain.

Through an programme of constructive activity CChange seeks to play a full part in the process of Conservative recovery.

Event: Debate on Tory Culture - 24 June

image

For its first event CChange is holding a panel discussion on the internal culture of the Conservative Party.

What is wrong with the the Conservative Party? Why does it alienate non-Tories? Does it tend to attract the politically reactionary and the socially maladroit?

Up to now the focus of attention has been on the need for the Conservative Party to abandon outdated and unpopular policies. The panel will examine the nature of Tory internal culture and whether it too has contributed to the Party's estrangement from the British public.
