Galahad Gold was notified yesterday that Brian Mountford and Associates Limited 
sold 20,500,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 10p each on 7 December 2004. 
The Company has been notified that the shares were placed with a range of 
investors and that Brian Mountford and Associates Limited no longer has a 
notifiable interest in the Company.
