A holder of warrants to subscribe xfor Ordinary Shares in the Company has
exercised its right to subscribe for 994,950 Ordinary Shares at an exercise
price of 3.0152 pence per share.
The Company will make application for the 994,950 new Ordinary Shares to be
admitted to trading on xAIM and admission is expected to occur on 12 August 2004.
