In connection with a fundraising announced on 25 March 2004 wherein Galahad Gold 
raised #7 million by way of a placing of 58,333,333 new ordinary shares in the 
Company to institutional and other investors at 12p per share, the Company 
incurred certain placing fees that are to be payable in the form of the issuance 
of 395,833 shares in Galahad Gold at 12p per share.
Galahad Gold has made application for admission to trading on AIM of 395,833 new 
Ordinary Shares and admission of the 395,833 new Ordinary Shares to AIM is 
expected to take place on Monday 12 July 2004.
The Company also confirms that its registered office address is now 7 Pilgrim
Street, London EC4V 6LB.
