The holders of #88,000 of the 6% convertible secured loan stock 2006 ("Loan
xStock") of the Company have served notices exercising their right to convert the
Loan Stock into 1,459,260 ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the
Company ("Ordinary Shares") pursuant to the Deed Poll constituting the Loan
Stock.
Galahad xGold has made application for admission to trading on AIM of 1,459,260
new Ordinary Shares and admission of the 1,459,260 new Ordinary Shares to AIM is
expected to take place on Thursday 8 July 2004.
