The Company was yesterday informed that James Slater (Deputy Chairman and
Finance Director) acquired 2,500,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price
of 11.45p per share on 11 May 2004. James Slater is now beneficially interested
in 66,007,133 shares in the Company, representing 11.73% of the issued share
capital.
