Galahad Gold was notified yesterday that the RIT Capital Partners plc hold a
notifiable interest in 33,333,334 ordinary shares of 1p each, representing 4.91%
of the 678,637,967 million shares of that class in issue. In addition, this
company holds 16,666,667 warrants to subscribe for ordinary shares of 1p each,
exercisable between 9 March 2005 and 9 March 2007 ("warrants"). Such interest
arose as part of a Placing of ordinary shares of 1p each and warrants on 2 March
2005. Both holdings are registered in the name of RIT Capital Partners plc.
Galahad has made an application for admission to trading on AIM of the
33,333,334 Placing Shares and admission to AIM is expected to take place on 11
March 2005.
