The Company has allotted axnd issued 2,275,000 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in
the capital of the Company following the exercise by an optionholder of options
granted under the Galahad Gold Share Option Scheme to subscribe for such number
of shares.
The Company has madxe application for the 2,275,000 new Ordinary Shares to be
admitted to trading on AIM and admission is expected to occur on 17 February
2005.
