Eastside Young Leaders' Academy (EYLA) is a leadership development organisation for African Caribbean boys.
The Academy seeks to nurture the leadership skills of these young black males, empowering them to improve the quality of their lives and assist them in becoming productive citizens.
EYLA is a registered charity and relies on the generosity and philanthropy of charitable trusts, institutions and individuals.
