David questions details in Licensing Act

Hayling Island Golf Club have recently contacted David to state their concern about restrictions on their activities contained within the Licensing Act 2003.

The legislation threatens to stop many golfers who are not members of clubs like Hayling Island GC, from enjoying an alcoholic drink in the club bar after their round.

David has written to Tessa Jowell MP, Secretary of State for Culture, Media and Sport, demanding urgent clarification of exactly what restrictions the government is imposing.
